Holt Associates, Inc. is a full service real estate appraisal and consulting firm specializing in all phases of real estate valuation and valuation-related services. The company services the counties of Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegheny and southern Erie County for residential appraisals and the larger area of Western New York from Syracuse west for commercial appraisals.

The firm was founded in 1985 by George W. Holt, at which time the company specialized in residential appraisals. In the early 1990s the scope of services expanded to include commercial and industrial work.

Now owned and operated by Amy Holt, the firm focuses on building an appraisal and support staff that has the highest regard for quality. Our appraisal staff is state licensed and certified and reflects the company’s continuing emphasis on leadership and education.
